Instrument I
Independent Third-Party Verification · Fiscal Year 2025
2025 Audited Financials
The Homefront Bridge subjects its financial records to a rigorous independent audit conducted annually by a certified public accounting firm with no organizational affiliations. Our 2025 audit confirms that 94 cents of every dollar received flows directly into program services — care package procurement, secure logistics, and direct family relief.
The audit encompasses a full review of revenue recognition, expense classification, internal controls, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applicable to 501(c)(3) public charities. No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies were identified in the current reporting cycle.
This document is made available to the public in accordance with our commitment to complete financial transparency, consistent with the standards established by the National Council of Nonprofits and GuideStar Platinum certification requirements.

Operational Intelligence Report · January – March 2026
Q1 2026 Strategic Update
The Q1 2026 Strategic Update represents our interim operational disclosure — a mission-readiness accounting of how donor resources were deployed in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. This report is issued voluntarily, in excess of regulatory requirements, as part of our commitment to real-time stewardship.
Q1 2026 highlights include the successful completion of 847 individual care package deployments across 14 active forward operating theaters, a 98.4% on-time delivery rate for time-sensitive mission-critical packages, and the onboarding of three new unit chaplain coordination partners. Total Q1 program expenditure: $312,400, representing 93.7% of quarterly receipts directed to direct service.
The Strategic Update is reviewed by our independent Board Audit Committee prior to public release, ensuring factual accuracy and alignment with audited financial baselines. All figures herein are unaudited interim disclosures and will be reconciled in the full-year audit.
Instrument III
Federal Tax Filing · Most Recent Fiscal Year on Record
IRS Form 990
Form 990 is the primary federal transparency instrument for tax-exempt organizations under IRC § 501(c)(3). As required by the Internal Revenue Service and enforced through the Pension Protection Act of 2006, The Homefront Bridge makes its complete Form 990 publicly available without restriction.
The Form 990 provides a comprehensive accounting of organizational revenue, functional expense allocation, executive compensation, governance policies, program accomplishments, and compliance with federal tax-exemption requirements. Our filing reflects zero political expenditures, zero unrelated business income, and full compliance with public support thresholds confirming our status as a public charity — not a private foundation.
Donors, institutional funders, and independent evaluators are encouraged to review this filing in conjunction with our independent audit and our GuideStar Platinum profile. The Homefront Bridge has filed a complete and timely Form 990 without extension for each year of its operation since 1998.
